It's literally his Nodal Return: Transiting North Node conjunct his Natal North Node at 4 degrees Taurus, in his 10th House. He was literally born to the job.

The Nodal Axis (North and South Nodes) is the "T'li" ("dragon") of the Sefer Yetzirah. In Jewish astrology this is a symbol of one's "fate" or "destiny" in the sense that the North Node, by sign and position, signifies how one's Tikkun is about, in and what actualized potential looks like.

Transiting Venus is conjunct his natal Uranus in Gemini, and opposite his natal Jupiter in Sagittarius. Charles' relationship to the media (Gemini) has been both unique and erratic (Uranus), as the first-ever Royal to be born & raised on television, under the 24/7 scrutinizing eye of modern media.
