Regarding the Full "Blood" "Supermoon" Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio at 9:12pm on Sunday June 15 Pacific time, 12:12am Monday June 16 Eastern time, and 7:12am Monday June 16 Israel time:
The Talmud tells us that Lunar Eclipses are trouble for Israel (i.e. the Jewish People). The Moon is a symbol of Dovid haMelech and therefore Moshiach; when the Moon turns "bloody" and her light is hidden there is fear for our futures and our very lives.
The sign of Scorpio where the Full Moon is tonight is ruled by the Tribe of Menashe. Menashe was the oldest son of Yosef and should have received the birthright of the firstborn; instead it was given to his younger brother Ephraim when their grandfather Yacov blessed the two boys by consciously crossing his hands and giving the blessing of the firstborn to the younger.
Scorpio's month is Cheshvan - sometimes called "Mar Cheshvan" and other times called "Ram Cheshvan", depending on whether the one who is speaking is referring to the mar / bitterness of a month entirely without chaggim, or referring to the ram / highness of a month destined during future times to be when the Third / Messianic Temple is dedicated.
EVERYTHING about the future of the Jewish People depended on Menashe's gracious and wise acceptance of his grandfather's switched blessing. It was Menashe's willingness to accept G*d's judgement (meted out by his grandfather) which lowered his present day status in favor of his future status, which broke the ancestral curse of the holy family of brother-on-brother violence. Every Shabbat we bless our children that they might be like Ephraim and Menashe - we don't bless them that they might be like Cain & Abel, or Esav & Yacov, or like Yosef & his brothers!
The Sun/Moon's square to Saturn / Shabbtai, the planet of the Jewish people, in the sign of Aquarius, the sign of the Jewish people, is so significant. The Modern State of Israel's natal Sun in Taurus is conjunct the Sun and Israel's Natal Chiron (the "Wounded Healer") is conjunct the Full Eclipsed Moon in Scorpio, with Saturn square both. Secrets and subterfuge will be revealed and judged. The Aquarian values of "humanitarianism" and "brotherhood" filtered through Saturn's lens of limitations and boundaries are tested against Scorpio's obsessiveness and Taurus's possessiveness. The ultimate impossibility of resolving "HaMatzav" ("The Situation") without the deepest humility becomes clear. The people on both "sides" cry out for wise leadership but unless they're willing to disrupt / destroy the status quo to get it, suffering continues.
